No. Each path is individual and results vary from person to person. I offer tools, guidance and support; the process depends also on your personal work, commitment, and openness. Healing is a collaborative journey that requires active participation.

Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom, Skype, or similar platforms). We use guided explanations, exercises, meditative practices, and energetic/visualization techniques. You'll be guided through the entire process in real-time, and distance does not limit the effectiveness of energy work.

You'll need: a stable internet connection, a quiet and private space where you won't be disturbed, headphones or earbuds (recommended for better audio), a notebook and pen for taking notes, and comfortable clothing. It's also helpful to have water nearby and to avoid heavy meals right before the session.

Session lengths vary by service type: Info & Consulting (60 min), Holistic Treatments (75 min), Emotional Block Release (90 min), Astral Projection Guidance (60 min). Multi-session programs are also available with customized durations.

We use a credit-based system for bookings. You purchase credits in advance, then use them to book sessions. Different services require different amounts of credits based on duration and complexity. Credits don't expire and can be used flexibly for any of our services.

Visit our Booking page, select your desired service, choose an available date and time, and complete the booking with your credits. You'll receive a confirmation email with the video call link and preparation instructions. If you don't have enough credits, you can purchase them during the booking process.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full credit refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will forfeit 50% of the credits. No-shows forfeit all credits. We understand emergencies happen - please contact us if you have special circumstances.

Absolutely. All sessions and communications are kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is sacred and protected. We do not share any personal information, session content, or details with anyone without your explicit consent.

That's perfectly fine! All sessions are adapted to your level of experience. I guide you step-by-step through any practices, and no prior experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome and will receive extra support and explanation as needed.

Yes, absolutely! Sessions are interactive and your questions are encouraged. This is your time, and I want you to feel comfortable asking anything that comes up. Understanding and clarity are essential parts of the healing process.

You'll receive integration notes and any recommended practices or exercises to continue your work between sessions. I'm also available for follow-up questions via email. Many people find it helpful to journal about their experiences and insights after sessions.

Yes! Since all sessions are online, I work with people worldwide. We can accommodate different time zones and schedule sessions at convenient times for you. Sessions can be conducted in English or Italian.
